“Uganda 🇺🇬 ~Road Trip to Lake Victoria from Kampala”

We found a driver for hire, who is very nice, and we are slowly making our way to Jinja and Victoria Lake….we will pay a fee to enter the lake, then pay for a boat, that will take us to the source of the Nile in the lake. Day tours advertised for this adventure cost between $150 to $300 pp. That is too high! I figured out a way, without a group tour. for half that price, advertised.

It just HAD to be done! We couldn’t be this close ( l5 hour round trip by car) and NOT see where the Nile begins!

It will be a long while on the road, with congested traffic, everywhere….the holiday is making this more chaotic, than is the norm
