“Greece 🇬🇷 ~On Tinos Island”

After leaving Syros Island by ferry, for an easy 50-minute ride to Tinos Island, we are now on “The Island of Miracles.” We have an adorable two-bedroom villa suite, with the free upgrade. The ocean is across the street and the sand is a green color; something we have never seen before.

Again, we say PLEASE and THANK YOU, Greece!

We will chill out this afternoon, and come up with a rental car plan. The restaurant is closed, here, onsite, but for this one night we will go across the road, to eat out. We have a full kitchen, so as soon as we figure out a rental car, we will get to the market, stock up on some grub, and cook ourselves; which we prefer, whenever we can.

Tinos has old villages and churches we must check out, and we plan on getting in the water at some point. Stitches are out, and we need to get more water proof bandaids.

WIFI isn’t good here, so far, either. It was very good in Mykonos and Santorini, but we have no explanation for this. When we get to town, I will get more 4g filled in my phone, so this will help keep me going. Also up is finding a place to get some laundry done.

50 minute ferry ride between islands. Very doable!
Goodbye Syros
Hello Tinos Island. Enjoying a bite at a seashore restaurant called Marathia. Good food, but like everywhere in EU Europe; overpriced
Check out the green sand!
The reason for the green sand
Ive come to the conclusion that if we could take Greece waters, and Thailand Beaches, it would be an astounding combination!
Complimentary dessert. A strawberry mousses of sorts
We will be very happy here for the next week. We got an upgrade, so we have two bedrooms and three balconies. We hear and see the ocean. Nice breeze and beautiful grounds, full of flowers
The grounds are just beautiful!

We have a full operational kitchen. Take note, that most places in Greece will not provide a microwave. The Greeks do not believe they are safe,
Second bedroom
Balcony off the kitchen
Doing the dishes isn’t so bad with this view!
The wildflowers that come on during the spring on the Greek Islands, give way to the annual blooms like these Oleanders!
…and these bougainvillaea!
