“Africa ~Kenya 🇰🇪 and Tanzania 🇹🇿 Sunrise Balloon Ride Over Masai Mara”

About 5 days into our safari, The long awaited “Balloon Ride” day arrived!  We were up before daybreak and bonus game run, in the dark, to the balloon launching site.  Timing was perfect, we were loaded into the basket and started up as sunrise broke..  Too cool to even try to describe!  Debby, Vern and I are on the left.  We did not know the other people. We were all put in the one large basket. In the air, we traveled along the Tanzania and Kenya border. The Masai Mara is huge and part of the Serengeti is shared with Tanzania, in Kenya. 

After the balloon ride, we had a “bush” breakfast with mimosas. YUM!  We spend so much time in 4×4 trucks on game runs, its a rare feeling to be allowed outside the safety of the vehicle. Certain times and places, only.  Pictures of balloon morning, to follow.
