“The Bahamas 🇧🇸 ~Daryl’s First Cruise”

Daryl and I had so much fun on this trip. It would also be Daryl’s Virgin Cruise.
I can’t say Daryl loved the cruising like I do, though, because on this first cruise experience for him, the Captain diverted our itinerary, due to some bad weather, and as a result we missed our stop in The Dominican Republic; instead he made figure eight circles out in the middle of the ocean, for an extra day and night. We did not see any bad weather, and it was a bit long to stay on the boat. Now, I’ve been on half a dozen cruises and this type of thing never happened, before.

We dressed in the Great Gatsby attire for Formal Night and got some great photos. Like me, he loved the dining and the great food at dinner.

As you can see, once we were able to get to the other ports, we got into the groove of things and Daryl had a very good time.
